Mike Brill, CGR, CAPS

 

IN 1988 MIKE STARTED BRILL & COMPANY. The primary business has been full service residential remodeling, specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling.

 

Mike now has 25 years in the building and remodeling industry.

 

Brill & Company is a registered contractor with the LFUCG

 

Mike is a professional member of:

  Home Builders Association of Kentucky

  National Association of Home Builders

  National Association of Homebuilders Remodelers

  Better Business Bureau

 

Mike has earned his Certified Graduate Remodelor (CGR) designation, and his Certified-Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation form the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Remodelers Council.

He was named 2001 and 2006 Remodeler of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Lexington.

 

HOUSING and REMODELING INDUSTRY INVOLVEMENT

On the local level, Mike served as Chairman of the Lexington Remodelers Council in 2003. He served as Chairman of the Registered Builder-Professional Standard Committee in 2005, and is currently the 2008 Chairman of the Education Committee of the Home Builders Association of Lexington (HBAL) Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors of the HBAL

 

On the national level Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors of the NAHB. He is also active on several National Association of Homebuilders Remodelers committees.     

  

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Mike and Brill & Company continues to be active in the community.

FAMILY and EDUCATION

Mike and Rhonda were married in 1976 and have three children Trisha, Tracy, and Michael. And three grand children Zachery, Hunter and Preston.

 

Mike graduated from Lafayette High School in 1975 and Southside Vocational School in 1975.
